Tickets are now ready to collect from reception. Please make sure these are secured to your wrist before you arrive at the venue. No replacements will be issued for lost or forgotten wristbands.

Extra tickets will be available on the door at £25.00

Please read carefully as some dancers are dancing in younger/older teams and their solo’s may be in a different section.

SECTION 1

Jets – 7 & under squad | 7 & under Set dance, Freestyle & Duo’s

This section is for all dancers aged 5, 6 & 7.

  • Church street doors open: 7:50am
  • Competitors & Spectators ballroom access: 8:00am
  • Team(s) First round: 8.30am
  • Followed by team presentation
  • Set routine First round: 9:00am
    (Dance 1 ages 5 & 6 first round will be done in two heats, your teacher will let you know which heat you are in)
  • Followed by set routine presentation
  • Freestyle First round: 10:00am
    (Beginners Freestyle ages 5 & 7 first round will be done in two heats, your teacher will let you know which heats you are in)
  • Followed by freestyle presentation
  • Duo’s First round: 10:50am (those doing duo’s will need a new number)
  • Followed by Duo’s presentation.
  • Finish – 11:15am

 

SECTION 2

Salute – 11 & under squad | 11 & under Set dance, Freestyle & Duo’s

This section is for all dancers aged 8, 9, 10 & 11.

  • Arrival time: 10:15am
  • Team(s) First round: 11.15am
  • Followed by team presentation
  • Set routine First round: 12:15am
    (Dance 1 age 8 & Dance 3 age 10 first round will be done in two heats, your teacher will let you know which heats you are in)
  • Followed by set routine presentation
  • Freestyle First round: 1:45pm
    (Beginners Freestyle ages 8, 9, 10 & 11 first round will be done in two heats, your teacher will let you know which heats you are in)
  • Followed by freestyle presentation
  • Duo’s First round: 3:15pm (those doing duo’s will need a new number)
    (Beginners Duo’s first round will be done in two heats, your teacher will let you know which heats you are in)
  • Followed by Duo’s presentation.
  • Finish for those who are not on an older aged team: 4:00pm


SECTION 3

Storm – 13 & under squad | Fierce – 15 & under squad | Iconic – 16 & over squad

12 & over – Set dance, Freestyle & Duo’s

This section is for all dancers aged 12 & over

  • Arrival time: 3:30pm
  • Team(s) First round: 4:30pm
  • Followed by team presentation
  • Set routine First round: 6:00pm
  • Followed by set routine presentation
  • Freestyle First round: 7:50pm
    (Beginners Freestyle ages 12 & 14 first round will be done in two heats, your teacher will let you know which heats you are in)
  • Followed by freestyle presentation
  • Duo’s First round: 9:15pm (those doing duo’s will need a new number)
    (13 & under Beginners Duo’s first round will be done in two heats, your teacher will let you know which heats you are in)
  • Followed by Duo’s presentation.
  • Finish: 9:45pm

Checklist/outfit list for the day of the competition

Jets & Salute – Thursday 4:30pm teams.

  • Red Street Fever Hoodie
  • Black cycling shorts
  • Red hair bow/bandanna (see your teacher on the day for this)
  • Black Trainers & Black high ankle socks

Storm – Thursday 5:15pm Team

  • Red/White Street Fever baseball top
  • Red hair bandana (see your teacher on the day for this)
  • Black cycling shorts (girls), Tracksuit bottoms (boys)
  • Black Trainers & Black high ankle socks (girls only)

Fierce – Saturday 3:30pm Team

  • White Street Fever hoodie
  • Black cycling shorts
  • Knee high white socks
  • White trainers

Iconic – Adult Team

  • New basketball t-shirt
  • Black cycling shorts
  • Black & White high top converse

Solo Dancers

  • All dancers will be doing a set dance & freestyle at the competition and you can wear anything, coloured t-shirts with shorts/leggings or tracksuit bottoms is a popular choice. This does not have to be fever uniform. Please see your teacher if you are unsure on what to wear.

All teams to have a high ponytail, with plenty of gel and hairspray

  • Please arrive in the ballroom in your Fever uniform. Black performance t-shirt, black leggings, and fever jacket if you have one. Those who don’t please try wear a plain t-shirt and leggings. No denim!
  • All competitors and spectators need a ticket (wristband) to enter the ballroom. There will be no replacements for lost/forgotten wristbands. Please make sure these are fastened on your wrists before you arrive at the door.
  • The venue does allow people to bring packed lunches. Please keep our area clean and use the bins provided for all rubbish. Food is available in the ballroom.
  • Fever will be sat in one area of the ballroom, please find your teachers and a seat in that area when you arrive.
  • Once seated make sure you are dressed in your team outfit straight away. Once dressed see a teacher for your solo/duo number. Make sure these are kept somewhere safe until after teams. PLEASE REMEMBER SAFETY PINS FOR YOUR NUMBERS.
  • Recalls will be done via the microphone once and your teachers will also be sent the numbers of those being recalled. Please listen carefully to the numbers being recalled and if unsure ask a teacher. We understand children will need the toilet but try and avoid taking them around the recall time.
