What time and where should I do when I drop my child off?

Your child will arrive with you to the winter gardens. The doors will be open from 11:00am.

A member of staff will collect them from stage left as you look at the stage at 11:45am. No earlier please.

Please bring them to us wearing their ballet/mini uniform. If they do cheerleading, please send their outfit in a small bag. If possible, please try to make your child uses the toilet before you bring them to us.

How should my child have their hair?

All dancers to have a high bun, no parting. This must stay in all day so plenty of gel, hair spray and bun pins. We do advise using a bun net as it will stay in much longer. We will try and send a mini tutorial video out before the day to help you.

If you cannot get your child’s hair in a bun, please make sure it is as neat as possible.

What should my child bring with them?

Nothing! We will provide water for them until they return to you. Unless they are a cheerleader, they should bring their cheerleading outfit with them.

What happens during the show?

Your child will stay with us until the interval.  We will bring them on to the dance floor for you to collect during the interval. They will then sit with you to enjoy the second act. If you are sat in the media gantry, you will NOT be able to take your child to your seats. There will be seats available round the ballroom, that are unreserved for you to use. Your child can join with the finale.  Stephen will announce just before the finale for you to bring your children back to the dance floor.
