Pride of Fever 2023

Saturday 10th June  – Blackpool Tower Ballroom

A little recap of information about the show…

It’s that time of year again, Pride of Fever plans are starting. This is our whole school Summer show and we are returning to the wonderful Blackpool Tower Ballroom, on Saturday 10th June!

All children, from all classes are invited to dance in our whole school show whether you are a complete beginner or in one of our many teams. If you have never been involved in one of our shows, then don’t panic all information will be sent out in due course.

The permission form is now closed – if your child is wishing to take part in Pride of Fever 2023 please see reception or email to register as we have now closed our permission form online.

This year’s theme is ‘Show Time’ and tickets are available using the link below.

This is an evening show starting at 6:30pm. Our younger years children are still able to take part in this show and will spend majority of their time in the audience with their families.

All dancers will rehearse for this show within their class time, with one extra rehearsal for some dancers. No extra classes will be required for any dancers to take part.

All dancers, excluding Pre Primary & Primary Ballet, Mini Mix & Mover, will also be involved in something called a group dance. They will also learn these in their classes and are required to attend an extra practice on Monday 5th June at Highfield Priory School.

What outfits & hair styles will be needed?

All dancers will need to arrive with their hair in a high bun on top of their head. Those who cannot get their hair in bun, please tie up neatly. This should be done with a bun net, hairspray, and gel.

Ballet

  • 9:00am Pre-Primary 2-4 years
    Light Pink Fever Ballet uniform with ballet shoes and socks/tights.
  • 9:00am Primary 5-6 years
    Rose Fever Ballet uniform with ballet shoes and socks/tights.
  • 10:45am Primary Plus
    Rose Fever Ballet uniform with ballet shoes and socks/tights.
  • 11:15am Junior 7+

For those who started cheerleading teams after the competition, we will organise you an outfit to use for the show.

**AMENDMENT – SPARKLES (Tuesday 4:30pm) that did not dance on the team at the March comp will be doing solos only for the show. Please see the Solo Cheerleading Classes uniform below.

Solo Cheerleading Classes

  • Black Fever performance t-shirt and leggings/black bottoms with black trainers/pumps. We will provide pom poms to borrow.

    Charleston, Gatsby, Flapper outfits; Dress, waistcoat, pinstripe trousers

Please ensure that all outfits, accessories, pom poms are CLEARLY NAMED! We will not be held responsible for any items that go missing.
